Women: No Reason Not To Weight Train
For women, there is no reason not to weight train.
Weight training, done moderately, doesn't result in muscle bulk as the female body doesn't produce enough hormones (testosterone) for this to occur. I work out and my muscles aren't bulky.
The strength you gain from it will be helpful as one ages as it will give you more strength than someone who doesn't.
The best benefit: Toned muscles and leanness are sexy!
